house or flat share wanted

Hi there!

I am looking for a young professional house share, with a budget of around £600-£700 a month bills included :)

I’m starting work as a trainee land surveyor at the beginning of March and will be working Monday-Friday 8:30-5. So looking for a household with similar schedules or respect those who have to get up early in the mornings.

I enjoy socialising and a good chat, but also respect the need for down time. I would preferably like house/flat mates who want a home more than just a “house share” and are keen to go out for a social on the occasional weekend but also respect 9-5 work life.

I enjoy live music, cooking (or trying), going out for coffee/a good breakfast and nights out. I am also a cat/animal lover so don’t mind any pets in the household.
