Seeking Quiet, Low-Impact Living Place- Dyfi/Teifi

I have recently sold my house and venturing into a completely new way of living and being. I am currently lodging in Aberystwyth, taking my time to sense the land and find the place that feels alive ready to welcome me warmly :). I am looking for a long-term arrangement in a farm or woodland setting—either a spot to have a small hut/cabin of my own, or to join an existing small, off-grid housing setup. I am seeking a smaller group (ideally 5–8 people) with a quiet, grounded and mature vibe, ideally within the Dyfi or Teifi valley. I am explicitly looking for a space without young children.

True alignment in our way of living and being together is incredibly important to me. While I am looking for a long-term arrangement, I am very open to—and would welcome—a trial or pilot period to ensure a genuine fit for and with one another. I love quiet and feel a deep connection to the earth, especially trees and water. I am very happy to put my energy into working with the land, gardening, and taking care of outdoor or indoor chores. Full disclosure though -- While I am a reliable and willing worker, I am not a cook and therefore this is not something I could do for others to save my life! However, I am more than happy to do all the prep work (chopping, washing, peeling) or take on the washing up and other household chores and leave the cooking to others who are more able.
