I am a professional female aged 25. I am looking for a single or double room. I am available to move from 01/05/2025 and have a budget of £400pcm. I would like to share with males or females, ideally between 24 and 35 years old.

I’m looking to move to Newcastle for work around May time, this is a flexible date and can be brought forward or moved back. Open to buddying up with 3/4 people or moving into a vacant spare room. Would prefer to live with all females but I’m also happy to live in a mixed household.

I enjoy going to the gym, cooking, being in nature, reading and socialising whether it’s nights in or heading out somewhere with friends. Prefer a clean living space and take responsibility for my cleaning duties of shared living spaces.

For work, I am a full time fashion technician.
