Couple Seeks Place By October 1st / London +10 mi.

We are a couple from Osaka, Japan, aged 45 and 48. We are looking for a double room. We are available to move from last week of August and have a budget of £1100pcm.

As tenants, we like to follow protocol: house rules, cleanliness, consideration for others (using shared spaces) and are largely deferential.

Coming from Japan, we are paying x2 twice the amount for everything, therefore a concern for budgeting and always taking a bus that`s reachable to Kings College, London, Strand campus (Aldwych) within 60-100 minutes. My spouse`s job is in East London.

Therefore, 5-6 days a week, we are out of the house by 8-8:30am and back no sooner than 17:30-18:00pm.

We are extremely quiet, do all our work on campus and have only a need for: sleep, laundry, cooking (30-45 min. total incl. clean-up) and are allergic to cats.
