25 y/o gay man iso pet friendly 1 bed/studio

I currently live in Rye and I am looking for a new home for me and my rescued greyhound. I work at Conquest hospital so ideally would need to be within 35 mins drive of there.

I am a friendly and laid back person, spending most of my spare time playing video games, knitting and listening to music. I love being outdoors and can be frequently found at the beach or out camping somewhere. I am a vegetarian, I love to bake although I cannot promise that I am any good at it.

I come with a 5 year old greyhound, she is extremely quiet, i think i’ve only heard her bark 3 times since I’ve known her. She is typically very lazy and sleepy however due to her past racing experience she isn’t able to live with cats or small furry things within reach.

I do not smoke, I drink occasionally and dont use any substances. I have a car and ideally would like to be able to park nearby. Please let me know if you have any questions and hope to hear from you :)
