Looking for 1 buddy-up for a 2 Bed Apartment

Hiya!

I’m looking for 1 flatmate to buddy up for a 2-bed furnished flat preferably in new built, co-living apartments (with gyms, co-working spaces etc.)
Expectation from the flat: should be well lit and have decent amount of storage.

I will be starting my PhD in September 26 at University of Roehampton and am looking at moving to a closeby locality.
Either areas of Wandsworth, Putney, Roehampton, Richmond, Kingston upon Thames, Wimbledon or around
OR
a locality that is accessible to the district line (dont mind if it goes central and a bit more to the east as long as it is close to a district line station)

Budget: £1000-1200 pp including bills (lower end if its a basic apartment, higher end if its a coliving apartment with amenities)

I am looking for a fun, sociable and respectful flatmate who enjoys clean, comfortable spaces. It’d be nice to have someone easy to get along and communicate with to be able to run the household smoothly.

I am a Psychology graduate, have been working full time for the past 2 years in the NHS and will, fortunately or unfortunately, be going back to my student status haha!

I will be a student hence, won’t be paying Council Tax. So I would prefer a fellow student or any working professional who is happy to pay council tax (with the potential 25% discount scheme to use for yourself) by themselves.
