Buddy-Up Wanted

Hello (:
I'm looking to move into a new house/flat share at some point in April (ideally towards the end of April but flexible) in the Brighton or Hove area relatively close to town centre and/or with good public transport links. Currently living in kemptown but contract ends at the start of May.
I'm ideally wanting to move in with 2 or 3 other people around my age that have similar interests as I'd love a homely, sociable, friendly vibe. It would be great to meet people and search for somewhere we all like.
I'm 30 and work in sales currently but am also an artist and creative person looking to make a TV series over the next couple of years.
I'm a book worm that loves chats about big topics (philosophy, politics, religion ect) and love hearing other people's perspectives. I tend to cook a lot- love sharing food and having communal dinners at the house. Most of my cooking is vegan but can't take the vegan or veggy title. Generally, like to keep the place clean and tidy and would like to live with people who share the responsibility.
By no means am I a party animal but I do love a drink and am a sucker for a good event like gigs, comedy shows, drag..
I would need to move into an unfurnished house as I come with most of a flats worth of furniture (mostly living room and bedroom furniture). Some things I can part ways with if needs be but other things like my sofa or bed are pretty new and would want to keep.
