2 Professionals Looking For a 2 Bed, 2 Bath Flat

We are two professionals and friends in our 20s and we are looking for a two bed, two bath flat (we are not looking to share with others). We are keen on the Whitechapel area (but are still open to other places that have good links to the Circle, Hammersmith, Metropolitan, or Elizabeth Line).

We are looking for either a 24 month tenancy with a 12 month break clause (however we would likely stay for the full term 24 months), or a 12 month tenancy.

Our combined budget is £2500.
We are looking to move in on the 1 March 2026.
We can agree terms sooner but are only able to sign the lease/license agreement from the 24th February 2026 and not any sooner.
