We are two professionals and friends in our 20s and we are looking for a two bed, two bath flat (we are not looking to share anything with others). We are keen on the Whitechapel area (but are still open to other places that have good links to the Circle, Hammersmith, Metropolitan, or Elizabeth Line).
We are looking for either a 24 month tenancy with a 12 month break clause (however we would likely stay for the full term 24 months), or a 12 month tenancy.
Our combined budget is £2500.
We would like to move in on the 1 March 2026.
We are looking to view, agree terms, and complete immediately.
