Looking for a room ASAP

Me and my boyfriend (recently 18) have been kicked out by our parents in Hastings and are looking for a place to stay to keep us off the streets as we want to live together. We've been sofa surfing, staying in hotels and sleeping rough since the beginning of January but keep being pushed away by the council. Between us we make just over £1000 a month so can reliably pay rent. We do smoke but are fine with smoking outside, we don't have any pets and are very clean and tidy people and will respect and house rules and quiet hours you may have. He is a painter and decorator and I am currently looking for a full time job and do graphic design on the side.
