Double room wanted

Hey future housemates!

My name is Gina, I am a friendly and sociable 30 year old professional currently renting an apartment in Coleraine. I'm on the lookout for a cosy new home in or around Belfast to be closer to my work. I am clean, tidy, and easy going, making it easy to get along with me!

What I'm looking for:

- Something longer term. Would prefer something that is at least a minimum of 1 year.

- A double room with enough space for possibly a wardrobe and/or large set of drawers

- An ensuite would be fantastic but not a necessity

- Easy parking is a must (a driveway or guaranteed parking space would be fab)

- For the right place I would consider moving my budget per month

A bit about me:

- I love meeting new people and enjoy socialising

- I keep my living spaces clean and tidy

- I work Monday-Friday & my job consists of me driving all around the country so I sometimes don’t get back until a bit later some evenings.

- I'm flexible with my move in date, as I'm not tied into any contracts

- I would prefer an unfurnished room as I have my own furniture but I understand most rooms are furnished & I am completely open to that!

- I'd also consider buddying up! If it's an unfurnished house, I can bring furniture for my room and the living room.
