Looking for 1B en-suite

Hello! I’m Tiffany, 30-yo American (from DC-metro), working in marketing at a software company. I’m in the office 5x a week and travel fairly often for work, so when I’m home I like to keep things cozy, calm, and welcoming.

In my free time, I volunteer at a museum, go to gigs, practice yoga or hit the gym, stroll through parks, try new restaurants and coffee shops, and spend time with friends. I’m sociable, so usually out of the house on weekends, but also love hosting the occasional dinner party or having friends over for a chat on the weekend.

I’m looking for a furnished 1-bedroom for myself, but I’m also open to finding one like-minded person to buddy up with for a flat share. Ideal move-in is sometime in January to before 1 February.

Location-wise, I’m looking around Aldgate East, London Fields, Shoreditch, Hackney, Stoke Newington, or Islington, but I’m open to other well-connected areas.
