33 years old French girl

Hello readers,
I’m Marion, 33 years old and French :)
I lived in London for the past 9 years and I am now on the lookout for my next permanent room to rent (the longer the better).
I’m a full time employee (hybrid model). I work as a buyer for a construction company (not very glamorous)
I’m super chill and laid back, always up for a drink at the local, however, hygiene and cleanliness are very important for me so I would like to pair up with like minded people and ideally sharing with another 2 people (so max 3 in the house incl. myself)
I also go to the gym 5 times a week so for me its a must to have a Gym 5min walk away.
Bonus point if there's a cat or dog at home ! I'm an animal lover.
