Looking for a room to rent inNorthern Ireland ASAP

I am a Work Transfer from England looking to move to Northern Ireland soon currently looking for accommodation looking to move in March 1st my budget is
£300-450 per month , all-inclusive and I’m hoping to find a place that's comfortable and convenient for me Ideally, i am looking for a room or a apartment room to rent .

Looking for either no lease or 1-2 months lease on it.

I am responsible, tidy, and respectful tenant who will take good care of the property. If you have any leads, suggestions, or know of anyone who might have a place available, please let me know.

I Can provide a reference from my landlord from my previous stay in craigavon.
