Looking for a room to Rent in Belfast or close by

Hey Everyone i have been renting a room in North belfast for quiet sometime now but haven’t been enjoying recently as its too expensive.

I am looking for something between
£300-400 per month , all-inclusive and I’m hoping to find a place that's comfortable and convenient for me Ideally, I am looking for a room or a apartment room to rent.

Looking for either no lease or up to 6 months lease on it.

I am responsible, tidy, and respectful tenant who will take good care of the property. If you have any leads, suggestions, or know of anyone who might have a place available, please let me know.

I Can provide a reference from my landlord from my previous stay in craigavon or my current landlord and work.

hoping to extend my stay towards middle of the year like august or September. My work placement is in central belfast, to reassure you I’m not here to party, I’m here to work, and hope to advance in my working career,
