Looking for a place ideally in Wandsworth.

I’m looking for accommodation in Wandsworth, but I’d also consider nearby areas like Barnes or Putney. Ideally, I’d like a place with good transport links, a modern or well-kept space, and enough room to work from home occasionally. Natural light and easy access to running routes (like the Thames Path or a nearby park) would be a big plus!

I’d prefer to live with like-minded young professionals—people who are friendly, clean, and respectful, but also up for a chat. If you’re into running, fitness, or generally being active, that would be a bonus! I work from the office 3 days a week, and I’m often out for early morning or evening runs, so you’d probably see me heading out in my trainers quite a lot!

As a flatmate, I’m tidy, considerate, and easy-going. I don’t drink, so I won’t be bringing back wild parties, but I’m always up for a relaxed, sociable atmosphere. That said, I’m out most evenings—whether that’s seeing friends etc—so I’d suit a place where people are independent but still enjoy a nice flat dynamic when we’re all in.
