Redditch Pet Friendly Studio Or Ensuite Please

I am looking for either an UNFURNISHED double room with ensuite or a studio flat.

My Son is moving back to Redditch, so looking for around those areas please.

I am a previous landlord and homeowner, moved back to my parents after fleeing DV, we've recently moved to Barnt Green and I was intending on staying here indefinitely, however back in October I was seriously sexually assaulted and the perpetrator only lives 5 minutes away and I don't feel safe being so close.

I am in receipt of UC and would be looking to use housing towards rent, but depending on the property and location I may be able to put a couple of months upfront also.

I want a calm and clean environment near to amenities. I have a small well behaved very lovable Yorkie whom every body falls in love with.

I do not drink, I do vape. I have been off work recovering PTSD but I have been retraining so I do intend to set up self employed later this year.

I am a respectable and friendly woman who just wants a fresh start.

I would like accommodation where my partner to stay over occasionally also. (Not live with me)

I am open to cost but I would require a tenancy agreement for housing purposes. If there are any options or bills included/ontop as set amount that would also be beneficial
