Looking for 3 bed house for Family.

Hi there, my name is Bronwyn andnim looking for a 3 bed house to rent in the Surrey area, my partner and I have 3 kids and 1 on the way. We are very good tenants and always pay rent on time, not to mention we don't smoke and keep the house very clean and tidy. We are looking for a forever home and not a short lease. We have a budget of £1500 but will go over within good reason and if we think the property is worth more. We are both very friendly and kind people and would like a landlord of the same nature.
