I’m Sam, a 30-year-old male from New Zealand! I have been living in Cardiff for the past year. I work full time (Mon-Fri) in banking and I'm looking to move to London to be nearer our London office and to be closer to family.
Ideally I'd be looking for a room at the start of March 2026, however I'm open to negotiating.
I'm tidy, organised and responsible with the shared spaces and things like bills on time.
In my spare time, I like social sports, anything outdoorsy, weekend brunches and quiet movie nights or games nights in. I’m always up for doing something social and very keen to make new friends, but also mindful of respecting everyone’s space.
