We are a professional couple looking for a 1 bedroom house / flat in Brighton or nearby areas, available from April

About us:

I work full-time as a Network Engineer at the University of Sussex.
My husband works as an Uber delivery partner and Amazon Flex driver and will be relocating to Brighton to join me.

What we’re looking for:

• 1 bedroom house / flat
• Fridge-freezer
• Washing machine
• Double bed preferred (we’re happy to arrange our own if needed)
• Parking space for two cars (essential)

We are clean, responsible, non-smokers, and respectful tenants. We can provide references, proof of employment, and any required documents.
We are ready to move from 25 March and would be happy to arrange a viewing at your convenience.
