Couple looking for room from end of August

Haia!! We are a couple (I’m Jade, he’s Eli) looking to move into a house share for a year. We’ve lived together in our home in Cardiff since February last year, I made the decision to go to college this September which is why we’re looking for a room to save some money instead of our flat.

We’ve been together almost 3 years. We met online since I’m from Barry and he’s from Glastonbury, he moved down to Cardiff with me last year! I enjoy cooking, going to the gym and reading while Eli likes gaming and we both love hanging out with our shared friend group.

We’re looking for somewhere in Roath, riverside or Canton ideally or somewhere not much more than a half hour walk from town.

We’re social and always up for a hangout or a movie night but I’m super busy so I do tend to keep to myself a lot during my down time so not too fussed if you’re crazy social or just want to co-live! I’m a body piercer and bartender so work hours vary between 8am-11pm so I may be coming home pretty late some days. Eli works from 5am-1pm every week day.

My hobbies are exercise and nutrition, I loves a run and gym sesh and meal prepping. Eli is a bit of a nerd and can talk about Star Wars for hours, and loves his gaming. We both love a gig and our lovely cat Sprite (who will not be joining us until we find somewhere permanent, he’s on holiday at nans house currently). We’re both pretty easy going and clean so I’m sure we’ll fit in comfortably:)

Personally my only deal breaker is cleanliness - I don’t mind a bit of mess but I’ve lived with people who’ll let their dirty dishes get mouldy in the sink and I just can’t handle the pests and smells that come with it! I don’t expect a pristine house but general cleanliness is important to me :)
