Looking for a spare room or too buddy up :)

Heyy I’m Laurance a 21 year old working professional in the city centre :)

I work full time as a bar team member in a busy venue city centre based and I work 4/5 days a week , my shifts tend to vary but it’s usually Tuesday-Saturday nights and some times i do day shifts as well every now and then. I also do photography and music as a side hustle so if you’re big on music or creative in general that would be nice but not a necessity of course. Looking for a spare room in the city centre for around £750/800ish all in. If you have something along the lines of that let me know! I’d like to buddy up as there’s a few nice flats I’ve seen city centre/ ancoats area but happy to take a spare room as well :)

Looking to move from 16th May onwards as that’s when I next get paid but I’m pretty flexible on move in dates!

I’m a tidy person, who always cleans up after myself. I’m very respectful in terms of boundaries, I do love being social as well as having my own space. I’m a gay man who loves to go out as well as stay in! I do like my own space a lot of the time like I said before but happy to cook and watch a film every now and then or go for a pint at the local or pretty much anything I’m a spontaneous person who is very agreeable :)

Things I like in a flat would be nice warm lighting as well as loads of natural light , plants, cool antiques around the flat and just good homely vibes. The little things really do make a flat look the best. I have Dj equipment and speakers so would need space in my room or the living room for this ( don’t worry I won’t blast my music out loud if it’s not wanted ).

I tend to go travelling every now and then as I do travel photography and I’m also half Filipino, so just know I’m an amazing cook with exquisite taste ahaha. I love being in the sun as much as possible! I love festivals , day drinking, raves, wine bars as well as hikes or walks in the peaks! I’m pretty much down for anything as long as the weather is nice. I am very passionate about techno, trance and house music as well but would be nice to find a flat mate to go to raves with! Obviously not necessary but would be nice :)
