Quiet spot for me and my dog

I'm quiet, considerate and professional, a lover of peace and occasional deep talks. I'm neither a smoker nor a drinker, no particular dietary focus. I'm tidy in communal spaces and I always clean the bath/shower after me.

I work as a freelance corporate trainer and as a tour guide.

Baba Yaga is a lovely, gentle, well house-trained dog, about knee-high, who needs a ground/first floor with a garden to soothe her sore bones. She's 10, so she mostly sleeps when indoors. She is scared of cats indoors, but would chase small fast creatures outdoors, so can't really live with cats. She'd love to keep another dog company though.

I leave the dog in my room while doing the tour guide job, but anything longer, I'd leave her with a sitter. I'm sometimes away for work, and she has her favourite folks to visit.

I have a top floor flat in Newington, which I love, but it's just too much for her to do 60 steps up and down for every wee, so I'm seeking a safe haven for the two of us.

Ideally I'd like a double room in a quiet household with access to a garden, a bathtub and some nice people to coexist with.
