Ideally I would like a self contained unit to rent out, or find people who are tidy, clean and quiet to rent alongside with.

Looking to move in for end of June 2026 as that is when my current tenancy ends
I am looking for areas around Canterbury and Ramsgate and houses that are either studio flats or 1-2 bed houses, but open to all suggestions.
