Buddy Up or Room Wanted

I would ideally like to buddy up with someone and find somewhere to live together to call home but also open to renting a room if you think I would be a good fit!
I do spend a lot of time working and going to the gym so I would be looking for a very chilled vibe. I am a clean, tidy and very considerate housemate and would love to live with someone and also become friends and spend time together socially.
I love going to the gym, going for walks and going for brunch or drinks.
I would need a property with a parking space and ideally a bathroom each.
I am looking to move towards the end of September- start of October.
