Room in central Manchester from April

I'm looking for a room in central Manchester, ideally sharing with one female flatmate of a similar age.

As a housemate I'm friendly, respectful and tidy. Would love to be friends with the person I live with but I'm also more introverted and very content with my own space so will respect yours too!

I work from home but go to London once/twice a month and work out in a café/co-working space at least once a week. I'm considerate of shared spaces when WFH, so ideally the room would have space for a desk, or the building would have a co-working space included.

My hobbies are all quite chilled: I love crafts, long walks and trying new recipes. I’m also excited to move to central Manchester so I can go to more events and meet like-minded people. 🎨☕
