Looking for a Nice Room in a Quiet House

Hi I'm Tim, originally from London, I've been living in Devon for the last few years and I'm now looking for a new place.
I prefer to live on my own, having had a few difficult experiences lately so please only offer one-bed places that are available immediately!
I run a business in the health space, I'm very health conscious and I do pilates and like to take long walks and explore the countryside. I also play acoustic guitar in my own time and space (but don't worry I don't make a racket and I'm always considerate of others!). I also eat quite healthy but I'm not a fanatic. I have a very broad range of interests and enjoy talking about life experiences, business ideas and the spiritual side of things too, but only if that interests you. Looking to stay for at least 6 months but I'm flexible if you are and can do a short stay if you need someone now for a few weeks or months.
I have a guarantor, i can show that I'm financially secure too and i look forward to hearing from you.
