Looking for room from May

Hi!

I will be starting my PhD at the Crick Institute in May and am looking for a long-term room in a flatshare with friendly flatmates, starting around that time.

I’m 25 years old and have spent the past 3 years living in flatshares. I’m a tidy, respectful person who enjoys a good chat, grabbing a pint, or cooking dinner together, but I also understand and respect everyone’s need for personal space. In my free time, I enjoy sports (mainly running, cycling, and climbing), cooking, playing piano (with headphones 😅) and spending time with friends. I also love traveling and meeting new people.

Throughout the week, I'll be working at the lab during the day and usually staying in town on weekends unless I’m visiting my girlfriend in Germany (she would probably come over for the weekend around once a month too.) I grew up in Germany and am currently based here, but I'm half English and a native English speaker. I’d be happy to chat over Zoom anytime or meet in person when I’m back in the UK in April.
