Looking for housemate(s)/a room for July!

Hi! I’m finishing my Masters and moving to Manchester in late July for my job, and I’m looking for 1–2 female/NB housemates of a similar vibe to buddy up with and find a place together :))

I'll be working in finance, in the office 4x a week. I'm new to the area so I'd love to live with people who can be friends and not just flatmates, and who are up for exploring Manchester together - both daytime and nightlife 🫶

I’m ideally looking for somewhere fairly central (Salford Quays or city centre) with a max budget of £1,000 inc bills, although ideally less. Open to 2–3 bed places, preferably modern, and ensuite would be a bonus but not essential!

I’m pretty active and like being outdoors (I row), and I’m also really keen to explore galleries and the theatres once I move. I like to keep my evenings busy, whether that's exercising, trying new pubs/bars, or the cinema, but I like the home itself to be a calm, quiet, chill space

I’m really clean and tidy, so it would be great to live with people who are the same. I’d love a social but respectful house - up for hanging out, but also mindful of downtime during the week.

I’m bi, so it’d be great if people are comfortable with that, and I’m veggie, but totally happy living with non-veggies :)

I’m not a great cook yet but I promise to learn if we ever wanted to host dinners!
