Hi, we’re a professional, easy-going couple looking for a furnished double room (ideally en-suite, but not essential) in Clifton, Redland or Bishopston, with a budget of up to £1,200 per month.
About Us
I’m a professional touring sound engineer, so I’m often away with work. Maddie works remotely in the sustainability sector for a non-profit.
We lived in Australia for 10 years and have travelled extensively through Asia, so we’re big on culture, food, new places and experiences. We’re friendly, respectful, tidy, and very considerate housemates who really value a warm, relaxed home.
We’re into:
• Pour-over coffee ☕
• Running & countryside walks
• Reading & music
• Exploring new places & going to markets
• Pub beer gardens on sunny afternoons 🍻
We’re sociable and enjoy a chat, but equally value a peaceful, drama-free living environment.
What We’re Looking For
• Furnished double room (en-suite ideal but not essential)
• Clean, well-kept home with good energy
• Respectful, like-minded housemates
• Great local amenities (butcher, grocer, bakery) and transport links
