Looking for a room near Hammersmith College

Hi there! My name is Malena, I'm 19 and a first-year student at West London College (Hammersmith & Fulham campus), studying a two-year T-Level in Health and Social Care.

I’m currently living in a houseshare in West Drayton, but I’m looking for somewhere closer to college to stay for the duration of my course. I’m clean, tidy, and organised, and I take good care of the space I live in. I’m also respectful of housemates and shared areas, and open to learning and adapting to the household’s way of living, and I'd like to live in a house where these values are reciprocated and respected.

I would prefer an ensuite however a double room with shared bathroom is also fine as long as the other lodgers respect shared areas. I would also prefer a house/flat with a maximum of 3 rooms.

My preferred move-in date would be 2nd January or onwards, as my current landlord has a 1 month notice period. I would like my term to last at least until August 2026, when I’ll have completed my studies.

I can provide a landlord reference, proof of stable income, and a guarantor if needed.
