PhD Student / Professional Worker Seeks Bolthole

Hey there!

I’m a PhD student and professional, juggling research, writing, and public speaking - so I need a place where my brain can function, preferably without a background soundtrack of someone’s 3 am EDM phase.

I’m easygoing, tidy, and happy to chat over a cup of tea, but I also appreciate the joy of coexisting in companionable silence.

I’m a musician by trade and have played all over the South East for many years, but luckily all of my equipment and rehearsing is kept out of my personal space.

What I’m Looking For:
• A double bed (because sleep is sacred).
• A locking door (because privacy is also sacred).
• Ideally some desk space (I promise I won’t take over the kitchen table).
• En-suite would be amazing, but I won’t cry if I have to share.
• Easy going flatmates that happen to share any of the niche interests I have

Deal Breakers:
• Fluffy companions that trigger my allergies (love them, can’t breathe around them).
• Smokers / Heavy Drinkers / Drug users (no judgment, just not my vibe).
• Excessive noise (if your ideal night involves spontaneous drum circles, I’m not your person).
