Professional female looking for friendly home

Hi, I’m Emily! I’m 29 and moving from Cardiff to London for a new job as an analyst in the civil service.

I’m looking for a double room within a 45/50 minute commute to Canary Wharf - on the Jubilee or Elizabeth line would be a dream. Hoping for a move-in date in late March but I can be flexible on this by a week or so. I’d be working from home 2-3 times a week so space for a desk is a must, and happy to live with up to three other flatmates. Budget is maximum of £1200 including all bills.

I’m a clean, friendly and respectful flatmate and ideally looking to become friends with those I live with. I’d like to live in a clean, homely, calm yet sociable space and with flatmates who also want to make the space very much a home. I’d love to live with people who are up for movie nights and the odd dinner or glass of wine together too!

A bit about me: I love trying new food places, exploring new cities, going to gigs and galleries, learning photography, a bit of arts and crafts, park walks and cosy nights in. I like the odd drink or night out but generally looking for a chilled out space to live in, especially through the week. I love dogs so would be more than happy to live with one (or two) but sadly am allergic to cats. I have my own furniture I could bring so open to furnished or unfurnished places.
