Seeking Large Unfurnished Room With Ensuite!

Please read my ad before responding, as I have some specific requirements.

What I'm seeking - a LARGE UNFURNISHED room (or 2 smaller rooms) with en suite, that will allow me to bring my cat Luna, in a friendly home.

What is essential - it MUST be unfurnished. I have a lot of my own furniture and stuff in general, so need lots of space and storage. However the only thing I don't have is a wardrobe, so ideally somewhere with a wardrobe, built in cupboards and storage.

I also have a rather anxious, but very gentle and house-trained cat. So unfortunately I can't live in a home with any other pets, as it's too stressful for her.

I work from home, so definitely need lots of space both for my bedroom furniture and work (desk and digital piano). Ideally I'd live with someone who isn't at home all the time too.

About me - I'm having to move out of my current home because the house is being sold at the end of May. I'm a self-employed voice coach and singer.

I'm generally very quiet and respectful, but usually will do a daily singing / piano practice (but will always keep within "office hours". I teach online, so generally doesn't disturb anyone else.

I'm a very sociable person and like to go to gigs and other events. I'm very happy on my own, so am looking for a friendly home, where we can come together occasionally for drinks or dinner, but also respect each other's privacy.
