Looking for a property or a room

Hi there!
I’m currently searching for a place to rent and am open to both whole properties (I can little extra for whole properties) and room offers.
I frequently travel abroad for a week or two at a time.

A Little About Me

• I’m a remote programmer working from home.

• Easygoing, respectful, and drama-free, I get along well with all kinds of people and believe in mutual respect.

• I enjoy cooking and am happy to contribute to the shared household when it comes to keeping things tidy or lending a hand.

What I’m Looking For

• A whole property to rent or a private (not shared) room, whether furnished or unfurnished.

• A clean, friendly environment

The advert is just for me.

Deal Breakers:

• I prefer an environment where no recreational drugs (we*d, etc.) are being used.

• While I’m okay with celebrational drinking, I wouldn’t feel comfortable in a home where it’s excessive or disruptive.

More About Me

• I don’t drink, smoke, or use any substances.

• I value personal space and privacy but am always happy to pitch in or socialize as needed.
