I am very clean (Dutch ☺️) and very organised. I have lived with flatmates for more than 15 years with me being the principal tenant.
I am very considerate, understanding towards my flatmates .
I work part time from home. I am pet friendly( I used to have a doggie).
Please Note: No ex council, no sublets, no grotty bathrooms. No 4 bedroom student households. Live in landlord/landlady would be ok of course.
