Lady seeking Annex in by 23rd Feb. Near A303.

Hi, I am looking for a home in Wiltshire (ish, along A303), ideally village or rural or near green space. I have lived on my own for the majority of life, so I'm independent, used to my own company and space, so an annex/granny flat would be perfect.
My Landlord is selling, been with him over 10+ years, Ref avail. Need by 23rd Feb.
I have no pets but love lap cats, walking a dog and feeding & watching the birds (not at same time). I'm happy to house, dog or cat sit or clean house of Landlord if needed. Enjoy weeding, cutting grass & pruning, as well as DIY, so happy to help.
Love being outside, so garden a must.
Bit of a cleaning freak, especially in Kitchen & bathrooms, don't like clutter.
I have furniture including bedside tables, nest of tables, bookcase, TV, pictures, mirrors, microwave, small air fryer, crockery etc. Therefore, prefer unfurnished/part otherwise some space to store. I have newish w/machine, but would sell. Would also like to buy own new double mattress (tired of others odd lumpy ones).
Never work from home, & used to working 4/5 days a week. Will get job when know where living hence, I have funds to cover 6 months rent.
Me, I enjoy reading, suduko, good dramas, listening & watching some sport especially football & F1. I try to keep fit, like aqua aerobics & pilates, so classes near by a bonus. Sunshine & laughter.
Rent £ flexible if some bills included.
I have a bicycle and car.
