Mature female needs home

I am an independent person who likes my own company and space. I enjoy reading, suduko, good dramas, listening to sport and watching Formula1. I like being outside both countryside and seaside and enjoy a cup of tea in the sunshine.
I believe I'm considerate, I am reliable, definitely trustworthy, helpful, organised and prefer clean & tidy (bit of a clean freak). Dog and cat friendly.
Used to unfurnished so have kitchen stuff, w/m, fridge plus a life time of paperwork (or feels like it) bedding, small tables, pictures, plants and a bicycle (and car).
If you have somewhere to store you're own things I'm happy to do rent a room.
Annexe, studio or extension would be great and some garden please, cant live without access to outside.
Been with current LL 10 yrs, looked after cat, house, garden whilst away.
Can move quickly (or not) before early Dec would be perfect.
Alot to ask for, but I'm worth it 🙂
