Mature lady needs new home.

I am an mature independent person who is used to my own company and space. Unfortunately cant afford a place on my own so looking for someone to be gentle with me in sharing space, haven't done since 20s. I enjoy reading, suduko, good dramas, listening & watching some sport especially Formula1. I try to keep fit anything that's not in a gym. I believe I'm considerate, dislike tension, appreciate old fashion manors. I am reliable, trustworthy, helpful, organised and prefer clean & tidy, find deep cleaning relaxing. Dog and cat friendly.
I have kitchen stuff, tv, life time of paperwork (or feels like it) bedding, small tables, pictures, plants and a bicycle (and car), so need space or storage. Will sell w/m & fridge if need to.
Annexe, studio or extension would be great perfect, but realise a lot to ask. Able to have a cup if tea in the sunshine would be heavenly.
Been with current LL 10 yrs, looked after cat, house, garden whilst away, happy to do the same. Ideally Wiltshire area (ish).
Usually work 4 days a week, not currently, need to know where living; funds for upfront rent available. Than you.
Alot to ask for, but I'm worth it 🙂
