Young professional – room wanted around Nov onward

Hi! I’m 28 and an environmental professional based in Birmingham, currently living on my own and looking to move into a friendly house share.

I enjoy getting out and about in nature, but equally like an evening with friends or housemates watching a film, grabbing a pint, or failing miserably at a pub quiz. I’m happy to socialise it would be great to join a house where people get along and do things together, while still respecting everyone’s own space/ downtime etc.

On-suit where possible, but not a dealbreaker if sharing.

I currently have my own furniture, so I’m flexible on furnished or unfurnished rooms and can work around what’s already there (not overly attached to what I’ve got!).

As I’m currently renting, I’ll need to work around roughly two months’ notice with my current landlord before moving. So ideally I’m looking for somewhere/someone with a little flexibility around the move-in date if we decide it’s a good fit.
