Looking for a sound bunch, not a party house but sociable atmosphere, I work at my workshop or out of the house most days so won't be sat of the sofa all day....but love coming home and cooking (for others too!) and would prefer tidy housemates like myself. I make/build/repair and will be useful in that regard looking after the home!
