Ensuite Dbl Room Wanted in houseSW/W London/Surrey

Hi, I'm Jadyn and a freelance creative looking for a large double room with an ensuite (bath or large shower) bathroom in a creative house with a garden. 1200pcm max with wiggle room on furnishings. Or buddying up with a group of like minded people (ideally female) to create a house share with in South West London or nearby. I am open to other locations for the right place and people. I'm looking for a safe, relaxed and fun home where people like to catch up and be social but also respect each others personal space.
I am friendly, tidy, hibernate in winters, like to visit beaches in the summer, would love housemates who are chilled and fellow creatives are a plus or those who are cool with the creative schedule.

I am an actor, writer, screen combat performer and vfx/sfx editor/designer. I work on my laptop or computer in my room or I will be out on set when projects come in. I am signed off atm as recovering from a nerve injury so focusing on healing and writing more. I have been living in a studio on my own for the last year and I am looking to go back into house sharing as it is quite lonely and I miss the social side, and would love to find a long term home.
I am fond of animals, mostly cats, dogs are cute and I'd even be cool with lizards. 🤣 I am also into Star Wars and vampire stories and enjoy going to cons too so a bit of a geek.
