Seeking a whole property, not a share - thank you

Hi everyone!

Since selling my place last year and the purchase of one falling through this year, I'm currently living with a friend but am looking for somewhere to myself, where my partner can visit. He lives and works out of area, but it would be great if I had my own space that he could visit whenever he likes.

I would therefore not be looking for another house share, but my own space. The longer term aim is to rent/buy somewhere, but I just haven't found anywhere yet.

A place would be for me and my life's sidekick, Chairman the big ginger cat, who can fit in anywhere. He mostly enjoys sleeping.

I don't mind 'different' accommodation options like a cabin/chalet, annex, mobile home, longer term holiday let, longer-term house sitting, or even an empty place whilst somewhere is on the market.

About me: I'm a Cornish maid, but have lived in Dorset for 16 years. I'm employed full time as a mental health/safeguarding Social Worker and adore my job. I'm part of a local rowing club, rugby club and church, so I like to keep busy and active.

I like eating out (any excuse/any time of the day), seeing friends, cooking from scratch, hiking and enjoying the outdoors. I'm a cheerful and positive person, and I generally find humour in most things.

I'm sociable, very clean and tidy, considerate, respectful and a non smoker.

Ideally, I'm looking for somewhere near the coast in the Poole, Bournemouth or the Purbeck areas, as I love walking and being in this stunning part of the world. I mostly work from home (Mon-Fri 9-5), but I also have access to hot-desk workspaces within BCP that I use. I'm always pretty busy on the weekends but I love to have a tidy and welcoming space to come back to and to really call 'home'.

I can provide evidence of my current employment (full-time / 16 years), a professional reference for trust/reliability if needed, evidence of financial reliability, and copy of my up to date (clean!) DBS check if needed.

Previously, I rented for years, then owned my own place which I sold last year (after a very character-building break-up!). Ive been trying to buy this year but nothings worked out yet.
