Flexible to your wants and needs in tenant!

I hope you are well!
my name is Lewis and I have recently moved out of my girlfriend’s.
Have worked and paid rent since 16 years old, and am now looking to be a bit more independent.
Am always happy to do my part and keep things clean and help out wherever I can.
I don’t have many preferences, but would prefer a decent space for a double bed and to fit a decent sized television.
I appreciate I am young and that is off putting but would be happy to meet and view in person so you can make a fair assessment of my character.
I am looking to put down a deposit as soon as, and within the month will have my first month’s rent.
I make £600 a week, and £750-900 on weeks I pickup weekend shifts.
I am currently working in drainage, but before this worked mainly in maintenance and renovations.
I do hope you consider me when picking a tenant.
