Mechanical engineer seeking clean tidy room.

Hi all
A clean and tidy Mechanical engineer here, who's seeking a clean and tidy room with like minded professionals. Will be working Mon to Friday so would possibly be away from Friday mornings until early Sunday evenings most weekends as I have my own place in Devon.
I have been offered a new job in the area which I cannot take up until I find somewhere to stay. I am very keen to find a place as the job offer will not stay open indefinitely. I'm happy to do my share of house work, empty bins and change bin bags etc and always leave a shower room how I've found it. I appreciate I would be staying in someone else's home and would treat both the owner and the property respectfully. I'm a very sociable guy but know when people need their own space and privacy. So if you do have a spare room available and would like a thoughtful respectful lodger please do get in touch.
