Hi, we're Maddy and Jannie! We both work full-time in a tech consultancy in Ancoats and became friends through work. We're looking for a cute well-connected place around Didsbury in a house where we can be friends as well as flatmates, while also having our own things going on. We're open to tenancies starting from July in a place we can call home for a good length of time :)
Maddy
I'm Maddy, I moved to Manchester from Plymouth last year. In my free time I'm usually playing hockey or football, or driving to the Peaks for a hiking adventure. When I'm not out exploring I love a board games night or getting cosy with a good book.
Jannie
I'm Jannie – the other half of this flat duo! I moved to Manchester about a year ago from Scotland, although I'm originally from Denmark.
I usually head into the office 3–4 days a week (mainly to reduce the number of coffee and snack breaks when I'm at home). I'm pretty laid-back and enjoy a "do nothing weekend" at home but am always up for a chat in the kitchen, a coffee, or a pint. Outside of work, I spend my time reading, swimming, going for walks, and trying out questionable Instagram recipes.
