Looking for a Room to Rent

Hello, my name is Svitlana and I am looking for long-term accommodation.

I am a clean, tidy, and respectful tenant who values a calm and friendly home environment. I am a self-employed psychology consultant member BPS.
I am looking for accommodation for myself and my 18-year-old son. Ideally, we are looking for either a two-bedroom flat/house or two separate rooms in the same property, so we can each have our own space. We would also consider two separate rooms in different properties nearby if this is a suitable option.

We are both quiet, responsible and respectful. We do not smoke, do not have pets, and we do not host parties. We value a peaceful home and are respectful of shared spaces and house rules.

We are flexible with the move-in date and can move quickly for the right place.

References from my previous landlord can be provided if required.
