New home needed soon

About me: I'm a Court clerk, working at the Manchester Civil Justice Centre, issuing new cases and managing them through to their final hearing. I was living in Prestwich for 20+ years and I was sad to leave, but it was out of my hands (the owners sold the place). I moved to my current home in Middleton in April, but now the owner is selling up and moving abroad so I need a new home again. If you're looking for a very quiet tenant, I'm your man - when you check my references (previous landlord of over 20 years, and current landlord since April) they'll tell you I was a trouble-free tenant. All I'm looking for is a nice quiet flat or even a room where I relax at the end of a working day, and recharge my batteries. I'm looking for a clean comfortable quiet place, with flatmates who also value a peaceful home. I hope to hear from you.
