New home needed soon

About me: I'm a Court clerk, working at the Manchester Civil Justice Centre, largely dealing with starting off new cases and managing them through to their final hearing. I was living in Prestwich for 20+ years and I was sad to leave, but it was out of my hands (the owners sold the place). I moved to my current home in Middleton in April, but now the owner is selling up and moving abroad so I need a new home again. If you're looking for a very quiet tenant who will basically be invisible except for paying the rent on time every time, I'm your man - when you check my references (previous landlord of over 20 years, and current landlord since April) they'll tell you I was a trouble-free tenant. I want a flat or even a room where I can live quietly, and bother no-one. All I want at the end of a working day is a peaceful place where I can rest and recharge. I'm looking for a clean comfortable quiet en suite place, with flatmates who also value the peace of their home. I hope to hear from you.
