Professional Couple Looking for Long-Term Rental

Hello,

We are a professional couple aged 25 and 28 looking for a property to rent on a long-term basis.

I am self-employed and work in the construction industry, with a stable annual income of approximately £45,000–£50,000. My partner is currently looking for a permanent full-time position and expects an annual income of approximately £27,000–£30,000 once employed.

We are looking for a whole property for our exclusive use, such as a flat, maisonette, or house. We are not looking for rooms or shared accommodation.

Our budget is up to £1,100 per month, excluding bills.

What we are looking for:

* Long-term rental
* Recently renovated or well-maintained property
* Spacious kitchen
* Good-sized bedroom
* Furnished or unfurnished — we are happy with either
* Garden preferred but not essential
* Private parking would be a big advantage
* Quiet and well-maintained property

We can provide references/recommendations from previous landlords and any required documents regarding our income and employment.

We are responsible, clean and respectful tenants and would treat the property as our own. We are looking for somewhere we can settle in and stay for the long term, rather than a short-term rental.
