Looking for nice flat in central London.

Hi, I’m James, a 26-year-old English teacher looking for a new flat with 2–4 kind, sociable people. I’d love a large, tidy kitchen and a decent living room area. I’m a sociable person so would like to get along with my fellow tenants, but I also respect everyone’s need for personal space.

Outside of work, I like to stay active through sports (any racquet sport and climbing) and running — ideally with good company. I also love being creative whenever I can, mainly through illustrating, printmaking and writing.

I’m looking to live with kind, respectful, and outgoing professionals who value a well-kept home and each others company. People who enjoy socialising but also appreciate quiet time.
