Looking For Room Zone 1-3 (Exc. North/West) :)

looking for a place for between 4 and 8 weeks, starting from early november, anywhere in zones 1-3 just not north or west. budget is £1000pcm for a room and £1500 for an entire flat / studio. also would be willing to do weekdays only as could stay w my sister on the weekends (just cant stay w her all the time because of the baby)

coming back after 6 months in the himalayas to see some friends and family before heading back out again. my sister recently had a baby - im desperate to see how much he's grown!!

main source of income is online maths tutor for university students (also sometimes younger kids too); im also a qualified yoga instructor with 1100 hours of training :). i practise yoga a lot - at least three hours a day. the main thing that i need is a bed and space for a yoga mat, otherwise i'm not fussy. in the time that im back ill be working on a book / commentary on an ancient yogic text which my teacher has asked me to compile. so i'll be spending a lot of time writing also.

im laid back and open (i. e. no conditions for what diet a flat mate should follow / what politics they should have etc) and think its crucial to live in a warm, protective atmosphere. saying that, home is also a place for quiet and space.
