Single occupant looking to move out asap

Hi all! My name is Jess and i’m 22 years old. i work at The Works in a garden centre but ther than that i’ll be chilling in my room probably on my xbox or watching a film. i do smoked but i have always done it out my back door or front door depending on where i live.
i’m looking for a room sizeable enough for my tbings (i’m a tad of a hoarder, but a clean one!) it would be ideal if there was already a washer there as i only own bedroom furniture. i’d like to live with someone who is generally clean but nobody’s perfect ;) and someone sociable, wouldn’t want to feel like i’m living alone. I do have a cat, basically my therapy cat, she is very well behaved and loves everyone, she is toilet trained and loves to play fetch, she in an indoor cat but when the weathers nice i take her out. her name is Sausage Roll
