Seeking a home near EH10, EH11, or EH12

Hello! I'm currently living and working in Aberdeen and have been doing so for the past few years. I'm looking to move out of my current flat to either EH10, EH11, or EH12. I could do as early as the 25th of August, and at the latest by the 31st of August. I don't mind slightly earlier. I would prefer a flat within walking distance of Edinburgh Napier University, Craiglockhart Campus or with good access to public transport to it. I have no preferences on who I'm living with in terms of age, sex or occupation, but I would like the person to not smoke in the home or to be overly loud or messy. I'm okay with unfurnished flats/rooms as well. Hobby-wise, I enjoy reading, exploring, musicals, the cinema, theatre, and a huge horror nerd. I enjoy my own company. But I would also be happy socialising!
