Genuine,honest,conscientious 50 something

I am looking in advance at possible vacancies available at the end of 2025/begining of 2026.
I am an easy going, quiet mature person. I work full time as a cleaner and t. a. I believe communication is the key to cohabitation. Rural location would be a dream as i love the countryside.
Happy with just a double room but ideally a flat or studio appartment. Any extra amenities like an ensuite or small living room would be welcome but not essential. Parking would be an advantage as i have a small car. I have no preference to gender of my landlord. I would prefer to live with others around my own age as i feel it makes for a more relatable living experience. I am a very happy go lucky type who is more than happy to chip in with household chores. i have never failed to pay my rent or any bill. I love animals and have no allergies to them. I am in good health both physically and mentally. Due to my work i have an up to date criminal records check every year which is clear. I have the utmost respect for others property and ask in return for good communication and respect of my privacy. I am an avid reader and am searching for a quiet calm place to do so. I dont require a tv in my space as i dont watch it. My flatmate can expect to have a polite, respectful, considerate, communicative and reliable tenant in me.
